When you preorder a product it means that it is still in production and has not arrived to us yet. Your order will not be processed and tracking information will not be provided until after the products arrive to us. Estimated arrival times will be listed in product descriptions. All updates regarding production and arrival dates will be posted on our socials. Please join our Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/menageriefarmsclothdiapers) to be apart of our community where we gather and select prints for upcoming preorders.
When will there be an in stock diaper drop?
The in stock drop will be launched after all preorders have been completed. This will allow for a quick turn around time when in stock orders have been placed. Please allow for 2-3 business days for your in stock order to be processed.
What are your shipping options?
Within Canada - FREE SHIPPING OVER $100.00CAD
Orders over $75.00 will receive free shipping regardless of the weight of products. This option does include tracking.
Within Canada - Letter Mail
This is a great option for those wanting to purchase one single diaper to try out with their little one. This option does not include tracking.
Within Canada - Flat Rate Shipping - $15.00-20.00CAD
United States - FREE SHIPPING OVER $100.00CAD
Orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping regardless of the weight of products. This option does include tracking.
United States - Letter Mail
Unfortunately this option is no longer available due to Canada Post restrictions.
